When you instruct Thacker & Revitt to let your property, you can expect the highest level of advice and service, with a personal friendly approach. All aspects of managing your property are dealt with in house, by our dedicated team.

When you instruct us to manage your property on a Full Management basis you will be provided with a six months rent protection policy FREE OF CHARGE (subject to tenant status).

We communicate regularly with all of our clients, and deal with all maintenance issues promptly. We are happy to advise Landlords on how best to present their properties to ensure that they can achieve the highest possible rental, and to ensure that tenants are offered quality accommodation.
