EMERGENCIES

If you are a tenant with a Gas or Electrical Emergency outside of our office opening hours then please contact the tradesmen listed below.

Please note that your landlord will only take responsibility for any emergency work undertaken if you as the tenant are in no way negligent.

These numbers are only for extreme emergencies such as flooding or a gas emergency, or unsafe electrics. Any other issues please wait until the office is open so that we can deal with them direct.

THESE NUMBERS ARE FOR EXTREME EMERGENCIES ONLY.  IF THE CALL OUT IS NOT DEEMED AN EMERGENCY YOU MAY BE CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CALL OUT OVER THIS PERIOD.  

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF PARTS ARE REQUIRED, MOST COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PARTS ARE CLOSED IN BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR, THEREFORE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE BEING ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM DURING THIS TIME.
