EMERGENCIES

If you are a tenant with a Gas or Electrical Emergency outside of our office opening hours then please contact the tradesmen listed below.

Please note that your landlord will only take responsibility for any emergency work undertaken if you as the tenant are in no way negligent.

These numbers are only for extreme emergencies such as flooding or a gas emergency, or unsafe electrics. Any other issues please wait until the office is open so that we can deal with them direct.

GAS AND PLUMBING EMERGENCIES  - Please check on line for the number for the engineer on call, go to - https://www.gwesouthern.co.uk/emergency-call-out  then scroll to the bottom of their home page to where it shows 24/7, click on that and it will give you the number of the engineer on call - the main office number for GWE is 01202 757777

THESE NUMBERS ARE FOR EXTREME EMERGENCIES ONLY.  IF THE CALL OUT IS NOT DEEMED AN EMERGENCY YOU MAY BE CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CALL OUT OVER THIS PERIOD.  

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF PARTS ARE REQUIRED OVER A CHRISTMAS PERIOD, MOST COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PARTS ARE CLOSED IN BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR, THEREFORE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE BEING ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM DURING THIS TIME.
