Finally all Letting Agents to be regulated

Finally the governent are looking at introducing the need to be regulated as a Letting Agent.  When we founded the company we joined ARLA very quickly, this means we adhere to very strict codes of practice and are audited every year by a qualified accountant. We also hold Client Money Protection Insurance for our landlords complete peace of mind.  Its about time all agents were forced to offer this service.
