Latest rental Index Figures Published by Let Alliance who provide our Full Rent Protection Cover.
- Rents in the UK rose by 2.9% in January compared to the same month a year ago; the average monthly rent now stands at £981 a month
- When London is excluded the average rent in the UK is now £839, this is up by 5.8% on last year
- Average rents in London were £1,563, down by 3.9% on last year, the eighth decrease in annual variance in subsequent months
